Shipping policy

Order Processing
All Cat Desk Bed orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Occasional delays outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays) may extend delivery slightly.

Shipping Rates
Orders of $45 or more ship free. Orders under $45 have a flat shipping rate of $3.99.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey in real time.

We currently ship to all regions.

Delays
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. If your Cat Desk Bed hasn't arrived within 21 days, please contact us at Furbyside@gmail.com and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FurBySide is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, but we're happy to help resolve any issues.
